Delivery
At Art Wheel Shop, we take pride in our handmade pottery and creative products. Due to the unique and fragile nature of our items, please review our return and exchange policy carefully.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required
⚠️ Please note:
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or design are not considered defects.
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
- Damaged items upon delivery
- Incorrect item received
To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product.
Return Process
- Email us at info@artwheelshop.com with your order details
- Wait for return approval and instructions
- Securely pack the item and ship it back to us
👉 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Provide photos of the product and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase
- Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
