SHINGANIST, featuring the works of Usugrow, Mozyskey, Toshikazu Nozaka, Bene and Jun Kaneko. Although the history of punk rock, hip hop, skateboarding and graffiti came from America, these artists, born and raised in Japan, got inspired by creative imported culture. Although their art is often grouped with “street art,” there is a nature extracted from each influence and a natural style that they’ve looked back at deeply from everyday life in Japan.
